    Overtime calculator follows Article 107

    The free overtime calculator used to pay 150% of the hourly wage. It now follows Article 107 of the Labour Law — the hourly wage plus 50% of the basic wage — and takes allowances as a separate input, so the result is right when allowances are part of pay.

    Two new guides: working hours in Ramadan, and 8- and 12-hour shift patterns. Like the working-hours guide, they quote the Labour Law articles, link the official text and show the date we last checked them.
