Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every new organization starts with a 45-day free trial — no card required. You are not charged until you choose to subscribe.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in Saudi Riyals through our payment provider and renew automatically until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Monthly plans are generally non-refundable for partial months. If you were charged in error, or a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service, contact us within 14 days and we will review and, where appropriate, refund the charge.

Annual plans: if you cancel partway through an annual term, you may request a pro-rated refund of the remaining unused full months. And if we ever discontinue the service, any prepaid unused period is refunded pro-rata (see our Terms of Service).
