How does the free trial work?
Every account starts with a 45-day free trial — full access to the automatic scheduler and everything else, no credit card. After the trial, paid plans start at SAR 119/month, and you only pay for the staff you actually schedule.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 45-day trial needs no card, and you get full access the whole time.
Is it available in Arabic?
Yes — Rosterna is fully bilingual Arabic/English with complete right-to-left support, on the web and on every phone.
Where is my data hosted?
Rosterna is hosted inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh), built for PDPL data residency. See the Trust Center for full detail.
Does it do payroll?
No — Rosterna focuses only on rostering and does it exceptionally well. It exports the hours so your payroll stays yours.
Does Rosterna track how much leave each person has left?
Not yet — today staff submit a leave request and you approve or decline it, with per-day team coverage limits so you never approve too many people off at once. A yearly leave-balance feature isn't on the roster yet.
Can managers do everything from the mobile app?
Staff get the full Rosterna experience on their phone today — schedules, leave requests, swaps, overtime. Full manager capability (approvals, reports, staff management) in the app is coming soon; today that's on web.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime — you keep full access until your paid period ends. After that, or if the 45-day trial lapses without payment, managers are walled to the billing page to resubscribe; nothing is deleted, and staff keep read-only access to already-published schedules while you decide.
