Ramadan hours, planned date by date
Under Article 98 of the Labour Law, actual working hours for Muslims in Ramadan are reduced to no more than 6 hours a day or 36 hours a week. In Rosterna, what each shift needs is set for each date, so you can add shorter Ramadan shifts and staff them on Ramadan dates only. Weekly-hour and rest limits are set per staff group for each month, so you can lower them for the months Ramadan falls in — Ramadan doesn’t line up with calendar months, so check the weeks at each end yourself. Does it follow Saudi labour law?
Rosterna applies the rest and hour limits you set — by default at most 48 hours a week, 6 days in a row, and 11 hours between shifts. You choose the values that fit your contracts; Rosterna is a scheduling tool, not legal advice.
Is the interface in Arabic?
Yes — the entire product is Arabic and English with full RTL support.
How do I pay?
In riyals, with mada or a card, through Moyasar. Monthly plans start from SAR 119, and the annual plan bills 10 months for 12.
