Help shape Rosterna — and run your rota free for 90 days
Rosterna already builds fair staff schedules automatically. What it does not have yet is your name on it. We are taking on three Saudi F&B operators as design partners: you run your real rota on it, we build around how you actually work, and you pay nothing for 90 days.
No card · Full access · Founder on the other end of the line
What you get
This is a partnership, not a trial you are left alone in.
90 days, fully free
Full access to the whole product — the engine, fairness, coverage, leave, swaps, the lot — for 90 days. No card, no commitment, cancel any time.
The founder on the line
You get me directly — WhatsApp, a call when you need it, fast fixes. Your setup is done with you, not handed to a help centre.
You shape the product
What you need built, gets prioritised. Design partners decide what Rosterna becomes for Saudi F&B — before everyone else gets a vote.
Founding price, locked
After the 90 days: 50% off for your first year, then 25% off for as long as you stay. Your early bet is rewarded permanently.
What we ask in return
Fair exchange — light on your time, honest about the deal.
- Actually use it for one real location’s monthly rota during the 90 days.
- Half an hour of honest feedback every couple of weeks — what works, what is missing.
- If it earns it, a short case study and a reference we can show the next operator.
The deal, in plain terms
- Free for 90 days, in full. No card to start.
- After 90 days: carry on at 50% off for a year, then 25% off for as long as you stay — or walk away. Your choice, no auto-charge surprise.
- Your data is yours. Export any time; we never sell it or use it to train anything.
- Only three F&B design-partner spots. First come, first kept.
Straight with you: we are early. Rosterna’s data runs on in-Kingdom cloud infrastructure (Riyadh). You would be among the very first operators on it either way. That is exactly why the offer is this generous.
