Terms of Service

1. The service

Rosterna helps you build fair staff schedules, manage leave and shift swaps, and notify your team. The service is offered as software-as-a-service and may evolve over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you confirm you are authorized to act for your organization.

3. Subscriptions, trial & billing

New organizations get a 30-day free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly in Saudi Riyals (SAR) through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a seat limit; exceeding it requires an upgrade. We may change features or pricing with reasonable prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to access other organizations’ data or breach the security of the platform.
• Do not resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into Rosterna. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the staff data you upload, including obtaining any needed consents.

6. Intellectual property

Rosterna and its software remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during your subscription.

7. Availability & disclaimers

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can request an export of your data before deletion.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to its competent courts.
